I hold a bachelor’s of science degree in Psychology from Washington State University, and a master’s and doctoral (PhD) degree in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University. During my clinical training, I completed a practicum rotation at Sound Mental Health providing neurodevelopmental diagnostic services, as well as therapy services for individuals with intellectual disability. I completed my internship at Providence Regional Cancer Partnership where I provided therapy to individuals in their cancer journey in a health psychology setting. Professionally, I worked in supported living agencies, managing the behavioral and residential needs of individuals with intellectual disability. I specialize in neurodevelopmental disorders, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Intellectual Disability.
I am a member of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, where I sit on the general board of directors, as well as on the Nominations Committee and the Education Committee. I am also a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology where I sit on the Education Committee. I am a general member of the American Psychological Association.
Currently, I am working under the supervision of Dr. Jared Hellings as I work towards completing final requirements for licensure as a clinical psychologist.
