I completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Montana State University and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD) at Seattle Pacific University. During my training, I worked in a variety of settings, including Seattle Children’s psychiatry and behavioral health clinic, a residential treatment center, and a group private practice.

I completed a one-year, full-time internship at Montana State University Counseling Center before returning to the Pacific Northwest and joining Lighthouse Psychological Services as a postdoctoral psychology resident. I completed my residency in December of 2023. Much of my graduate training included conducting ADHD and learning disorder assessments for clients across the lifespan and providing individual and group therapy for older adolescents and young adults.
